I was speaking to a client this morning when they said “I am having a hard time getting myself to go and walk at lunchtime, because I don’t see the point, or the effect that a 20 minute walk will have.”
You know what…they are right…. one 20 minute walk will not really help you on your weight loss journey in the long run at all.
In the short term it will have a great effect on your afternoon. Getting oxygen flowing through the brain, the blood pumping round the body, muscles working. It will lead to a more alert, more creative, more productive you in the afternoon for sure. But if that’s not a good enough reason alone then listen up….
