3 Exercises For Men To Get Rid Of That Beer Belly (it’s not what you think)

When it comes to losing weight, a lot of guys think laying on the floor and doing a thousand sit-ups or crunches, is going to get rid of that unwanted fat around the mid-section. Sorry guys this will do nothing!! Although you may feel like you’re “getting the burn”, all this will do is give you a sore back.

Here are 3 great Kettlebell exercises for losing belly fat, without having to do another sit up or crunch, ever again!!


The Goblet Squat

Squatting will give you the most bang for your buck. Not only do you use your quads, you also use your glutes, hamstrings, calves and core. Throw a Kettlebell in too and you’re flying. You are now also using your biceps and shoulders too!

A Kettlebell Swing

Swinging a Kettlebell is an awesome way to get the heart-rate up. Doing 30 seconds at a time with one of these will be miles better than doing any amount of sit ups.

A Standing Shoulder Press

Great for working the upper body. Not only are you working your shoulders, you are working your triceps, back and core too.

Depending on the weight of the Kettlebell and your ability, you should aim to perform each one of these exercises for 8-15 reps. Then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 2-4 sets.

Here at Pursuit Fitness Training we often get asked “with summer round the corner what are the best exercises for my legs?” or “I want to be able to wear a summer dress, what shall I do?” Well today I am going to give you the answer.   Below I have put 6 exercises that you need to put into your workouts, I have even given you the techniques and how many of each to do.
