Here are 3 great Kettlebell exercises for losing belly fat, without having to do another sit up or crunch, ever again!!
The Goblet Squat
Squatting will give you the most bang for your buck. Not only do you use your quads, you also use your glutes, hamstrings, calves and core. Throw a Kettlebell in too and you’re flying. You are now also using your biceps and shoulders too!
A Kettlebell Swing
Swinging a Kettlebell is an awesome way to get the heart-rate up. Doing 30 seconds at a time with one of these will be miles better than doing any amount of sit ups.
A Standing Shoulder Press
Great for working the upper body. Not only are you working your shoulders, you are working your triceps, back and core too.
Depending on the weight of the Kettlebell and your ability, you should aim to perform each one of these exercises for 8-15 reps. Then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 2-4 sets.
