Okay so winter is clearly here & summer has definitely left us … Damn, it’s freeeeeezing! I don’t know about you, but I know it can be a struggle to keep active in the winter months. The dark mornings, short days and low temperatures make me want to stay inside wrapped up in my fluffy dressing gown.
Nevertheless, I need to keep working towards my goals and so do you. So, I wanted to share with you my top tips to keep moving on those slightly colder days…
So, you’ve managed to survive Christmas. Yes, you may have overindulged during the festive period a bit but who didn’t?! It’s Christmas after all.
