We all wish that we could just lose weight consistently, until we hit our goal and then just maintain right? Unfortunately for us, the body doesn’t like to follow along with our nice plan. In fact, it likes to mess with your minds and challenge us.

When someone says that to me, in regards to ANYTHING, my response is “really? There’s 168 hours in a week!”
Okay so winter is clearly here & summer has definitely left us … Damn, it’s freeeeeezing! I don’t know about you, but I know it can be a struggle to keep active in the winter months. The dark mornings, short days and low temperatures make me want to stay inside wrapped up in my fluffy dressing gown.
Nevertheless, I need to keep working towards my goals and so do you. So, I wanted to share with you my top tips to keep moving on those slightly colder days…
