Ultimately, Chris is a coach. He loves health and fitness and he loves helping people be successful. He has a real passion for helping people develop themselves, bettering themselves, achieving more than they ever thought possible.

One thing you may not know about me:

I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, aged 15 🙂 I spent a month in Tanzania, working with a school, trekking and there was a little bit of relaxing on the beach too.

Antony Penny

Antony has always been the “go to” fitness mad friend, and has been offering advice and guidance for as long as he can remember.  Antony loves rugby, and continues to play now.  He has worked with a women’s premiership rugby club and several youth teams.

I have played rugby at Twickenham stadium.

Ben Hamer

Ben has been fascinated by fitness from a young age and decided it was what he wanted to do. Playing lots of sports including basketball and ice hockey and currently playing rugby now he feels like this has helped him to get a good understanding of different needs and how to achieve all goals.

 

One thing you may not know about me:

I was selected for the first team at Kingston rugby seniors just turning 16 years old, the first person to do that. My school basketball team won the national cup when I was vice captain!

Dhadsha Nageswaran

Dhadsha has always loved science & sports. She recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with (BSc) honours Sport and Exercise Science, where she got the opportunity to get her fitness qualifications alongside her degree. Through work experience as a strength and conditioning coach and work in a gym, Dhadsha decided that helping others to live healthier by having a balanced lifestyle, was what she wanted to do.

 

Dhadsha said:

I don’t believe in ‘diets’ or ‘quick fixes’. I believe that being active and healthy is something that should not have an end date. Everyone deserves to feel confident and fit all year around, not just for a special occasion or the summer months. Feeling fit and healthy is a lifestyle, so it is important to establish a routine that works for YOU and one that you can maintain all 12 months of the year.

Ella Jones

Client Support & Studio Operations

Ella is the bright smiley face you see as you walk through the door and the friendly voice on the end of the phone. She’s In charge of keeping the PT’s in line so Ella is your go to person with any questions or problems in the studio!

She’s super passionate about her health and fitness as she’s been playing sport since a young age. Ella has competed in hockey, athletics and netball for a long time so loves to keep active. She’s also the runner of our team!

One thing you might not know about me…. I lived in Paris until recently

My favourite exercise is… Running or Swings!

My Goal Is… To run a marathon
