Can you believe it’s Christmas in five days time?! I want to give you a guys an awesome 5 Exercise workout this week with a little Christmas theme. All you’ll need for this workout is a Kettlebell and a clear space so give it a go today!
You need to do each exercise for 40 Seconds with 20 Seconds rest in between each exercise!
